Member Terms · Fort Worth

Membership Terms, Policies & Privacy.

These terms govern membership in and use of 3 Point, a private members club operated by 3 Point Club Fort Worth LLC at 2726 Lipscomb Street, Fort Worth, Texas. By applying for or holding a membership, you agree to the terms below.

Effective Date: ____________
01 · Membership

Membership and acceptance.

Membership at 3 Point is personal to you, granted by application and approval, and is not a right of access to the public. By becoming a member you agree to these terms, to any membership agreement you sign, and to the house rules of the club. Membership does not convey any ownership, equity, or security interest in the club, the premises, or 3 Point Club Fort Worth LLC.

Memberships are not transferable or assignable except with the written approval of the club. We may decline, suspend, or revoke a membership at our discretion where conduct, non-payment, or breach of these terms warrants it.

02 · Tiers and Term

Tiers, term, and renewal.

Membership tiers, their access levels, and their caps are described in your membership agreement and on the club's materials. Unless your agreement states otherwise, membership is month to month and renews automatically each month until cancelled in accordance with Section 8. You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file until you cancel.

Some memberships, including annual Founding 50 memberships, are paid for a fixed term in advance as set out in the membership agreement. An annual term is paid twelve months in advance, overrides the month to month default in this section, and renews for successive twelve month terms unless cancelled under Section 8. Consistent with Section 10, dues prepaid for a fixed term are not refunded for the unused portion if the member cancels mid term, except as Section 10 provides for memberships paid before the club opens.

03 · Corporate and Entity Memberships

Corporate and Entity Memberships.

A membership may be held by a company or organization. A corporate membership covers one named, designated individual who uses the membership and agrees to these terms. The company may change its designated user with the club's approval and reasonable notice, but the membership admits one person at a time. The company is responsible for the designated user's conduct and for all dues and charges, and the membership is otherwise subject to the same tiers, caps, billing, and rules as an individual membership.

04 · The Founding 50

Charter and Founding 50 membership.

The Founding 50 is a limited class of fifty Charter memberships offered at a founding rate. The founding rate is locked for as long as the membership remains continuous and in good standing. It is a rate that does not increase while you remain a member, not a prepaid lifetime of access and not a term that survives cancellation.

A Charter member may cancel at any time under Section 8. However, if a Charter membership is cancelled, lapses, or is terminated, the founding rate and the Charter seat are forfeited. The seat returns to club inventory, and any later membership is subject to then current rates, availability, and tier. Charter benefits such as the named seat, the Charter Wall placement, and founding recognition are tied to continuous Charter membership and end on cancellation.

Charter status and the founding rate are personal and non-transferable except with the written approval of the club.

05 · Charter Seat on Death or Incapacity

Charter Seat on Death or Incapacity.

A Charter seat is personal to the member. It is not an asset that passes by sale, gift, inheritance, or estate. If a Charter member dies or becomes permanently unable to use the membership, the membership ends and the Charter seat and founding rate return to club inventory. The club may, in its sole discretion, offer a membership to a surviving spouse, business partner, or named successor, but is not obligated to do so, and any such membership is a new membership on the club's then current terms.

06 · Dues and Billing

Initiation, dues, and billing.

Membership may carry a one time initiation fee and recurring dues, in the amounts set out in your membership agreement. Monthly dues are billed in advance each month to your payment method on file. Annual dues are billed twelve months in advance. You are responsible for keeping that payment method current.

A member may add a spouse or partner to their membership for the published add-on fee. The add-on grants the named spouse or partner access under the member's membership. It is not a separate membership and carries no separate seat, token, or founding rate. The add-on ends when the member's membership ends, including on cancellation, lapse, or under Section 5.

For non Charter tiers, dues and fees may change on thirty days written notice. For Charter memberships, the founding rate remains locked while the membership is continuous, as described in Section 4. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved.

07 · Rates and Packages

Quoted rates and negotiated packages.

Event, partner, production, and custom packages may be individually quoted and negotiated. Any negotiated rate, discount, or package applies only as written in the corresponding agreement, applies only to the member or party named, and is not transferable or precedent setting. A quote is valid only for the period stated in it. The club is not obligated to extend any past rate, discount, or package to any other member or to a future term.

08 · Cancellation

How to cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time by giving thirty days written notice to the club at the contact below. Your membership remains active, and dues remain billable, through the notice period and the end of the then current billing cycle. Access ends at the close of that cycle. Cancellation of a Charter membership carries the consequences described in Section 4.

09 · Membership Holds and Leave of Absence

Membership Holds and Leave of Absence.

A member in good standing may request to pause membership for an extended absence such as travel, medical leave, or relocation. Holds are granted at the club's discretion, for a limited period set by the club, generally up to ninety days and generally no more than once in a twelve month period. During an approved hold, access is paused and a reduced holding fee may apply in place of full dues.

A properly approved hold preserves a Charter member's rate and seat, provided the member resumes by the agreed date. A hold is not a cancellation, but a member who does not resume by the end of the hold is treated as having cancelled, with the consequences described in the cancellation and Founding 50 sections.

10 · Refunds

Refunds.

Once your membership has begun and the club is open for member use, initiation fees and dues are non refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused access, voluntary cancellation, suspension for cause, or temporary closures outside our control. Prepaid annual dues are refundable only as provided below, or on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the then-current membership year if the club terminates the membership without cause. Deposits and fees for private events and bookings are governed by the separate booking agreement for that event. Nothing in this section limits any right you cannot waive under Texas law.

Memberships paid before the club opens.

The club is expected to open for member use on or about Fall 2026. Where a Founding 50 or other charter membership is reserved and paid before the club opens, the following applies in addition to the above, and controls over the non refundable terms above until the club opens.

11 · Access and Capacity

Access and Capacity.

Membership grants access subject to the club's capacity, operating hours, and house rules. Tiers are capped to protect the experience, but access on any given day is not guaranteed. During peak times, private events, or buyouts, access to all or part of the club may be limited or unavailable.

Where seating, boardrooms, studios, or programming must be reserved, booking priority follows membership tier, with higher tiers receiving earlier or greater access as set out in your tier. The club may set fair use limits on guest visits, boardroom hours, and peak time use to keep the club workable for everyone.

12 · Code of Conduct

Conduct, guests, and house rules.

3 Point is a Christian owned establishment, and we keep a wholesome, respectful environment where every member and guest can feel comfortable and at ease. We expect courtesy and good character from members and their guests, we serve alcohol responsibly and do not promote intoxication or excess, and we ask that conduct, dress, language, and content at the club fit a setting meant to be welcoming to all.

Membership is a privilege extended to people who protect the environment for everyone else. The club is a vetted, members first space, and you agree to treat the room, the staff, the other members, and their guests accordingly. The following conduct is grounds for action under Section 14:

You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and for any charges they incur. Guests must be accompanied and follow the same rules. What is seen and discussed at the club is treated with discretion, and members are expected to extend the same.

13 · Dress Code

Dress code.

3 Point keeps an elevated, put together standard in keeping with the environment. Daytime and patio dress is relaxed business casual: polos, button ups, neat jeans, khaki shorts, and boat or slip on dress shoes are all welcome. Evening dress is more refined, with slacks, dress shirts, and blazers, and dresses or business attire for women. Our Thursday through Saturday night programs lean a step more formal.

We ask that attire stay tasteful, neither overly revealing nor too casual for the setting. The club may ask a member or guest who is not dressed for the occasion to adjust or to return another time.

14 · Suspension and Revocation

Suspension, revocation, and removal.

Membership is a privilege, not a right, and is held at the discretion of the club. For most issues we will raise it with you first, then issue a written warning, then suspend, and then revoke the membership if the conduct continues or repeats.

For serious conduct, including violence, threats, harassment, illegal activity, conduct that endangers others, or a serious breach of these terms, we may suspend or revoke a membership and remove the person from the premises immediately, without prior warning.

Separately, if a membership simply proves incompatible with the environment, we may, in our sole and reasonable discretion, decline to renew it or end it on notice, even without a specific violation. Vetting is not perfect, and not every fit is the right one.

When a membership is suspended or revoked for cause: all access and benefits end immediately; any Charter rate and Charter seat are forfeited as described in Section 4; initiation fees and dues already paid are not refunded; and any outstanding balance remains due. We may remove a person from the premises and bar future entry. The member remains responsible for the conduct of their guests and any action it leads to.

A revoked membership is not entitled to reinstatement, and any future application is at our discretion and at then current terms. A member may ask club management to review a revocation, but the club's determination is final.

15 · Minors and Alcohol

Minors and Alcohol.

3 Point operates a licensed bar and is an adults first environment. Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age, and the club may require valid identification and may refuse or stop service at its discretion. Members may bring guests under twenty one only with the club's prior approval and only during approved hours or events. A guest under twenty one must be accompanied by the responsible member at all times and remains that member's responsibility. The club may designate certain hours, areas, or events as adults only.

16 · Service Animals and Pets

Service Animals and Pets.

Service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted in the club except at the club's discretion or at designated pet friendly events. A member is responsible for any animal they or their guests bring, including its behavior and any damage or disruption it causes, and the club may ask that any animal other than a service animal be removed.

17 · Events and Bookings

Events and bookings.

Private events, buyouts, and space bookings require a signed booking agreement and, unless that agreement provides otherwise, a non refundable deposit of fifty percent of the event fee. Unless a separate agreement controls, event cancellations forfeit the deposit only when cancelled more than ninety days before the event, seventy five percent of the event fee at sixty to ninety days, ninety percent at thirty to sixty days, and one hundred percent within thirty days of the event.

Event hosts may be required to carry liability insurance naming 3 Point Club Fort Worth LLC and LaunchBox Media Group LLC as additional insured. Where a partner or preferred cadence agreement exists, its terms control for that event. Recording, filming, and footage at events are governed by the production and intellectual property section below and the LaunchBox Master Terms and Conditions.

As a privately owned, Christian establishment, 3 Point may decline or end any event or booking whose theme, content, programming, or conduct conflicts with the establishment's values, including anything sexually explicit or lewd, anything that promotes intoxication or substance abuse, or anything otherwise inconsistent with the owners' faith based values. We share these standards during booking so hosts can plan with no surprises.

18 · Production, Location Bookings, and Intellectual Property

Production, location bookings, and intellectual property.

3 Point sits on the LaunchBox campus, and any production, recording, filming, photography, or capture on the premises is governed by the LaunchBox Master Terms and Conditions in addition to these terms. In short, consistent with those terms:

Outside production companies, filmmakers, and content creators may book the 3 Point space as a location or set, subject to a signed booking agreement and the LaunchBox Master Terms and Conditions. A booking requires a deposit, and cancellations follow the studio and production schedules in those terms. Hosts are responsible for their own crew, talent, and equipment, for obtaining all talent and location releases and music and content clearances, and for leaving the space as they found it. A production may be required to carry commercial general liability insurance naming 3 Point Club Fort Worth LLC and LaunchBox Media Group LLC as additional insured and to provide a certificate of insurance before the shoot.

Because 3 Point is a Christian owned establishment, productions on the premises must align with our values. We may decline or stop any shoot whose content is sexually explicit or lewd, that promotes intoxication or substance abuse, or that otherwise conflicts with the owners' faith based values. Share your concept with us during booking so there are no surprises on shoot day.

Members and guests may not record, film, or photograph other members, guests, or the interior of the club without consent and, where required, a booking. The club and LaunchBox Media Group may capture photo and video of the club, its events, and programming for the club's own marketing. If you do not wish to appear, tell us in writing and we will make reasonable efforts to honor it. The full production and intellectual property terms are at launchboxcollective.com/master-terms-and-conditions.

19 · Personal Property

Personal Property.

The club is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property that members or guests bring onto the premises, including items left in lounges, workspaces, lockers, coat check, or vehicles. Any locker or storage provided is used at the member's risk. Please keep valuables with you and report any loss to staff promptly.

20 · Privacy

Your information.

We collect the information you give us through your application, membership, and use of the club, such as your name, contact details, business information, and billing details. We use it to administer your membership, process payments, communicate with you, and operate and improve the club.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the club, such as our payment processor and email and software providers, under obligations of confidentiality, or where required by law. Inclusion in any member directory is optional and based on your consent. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below, subject to records we are required to keep.

21 · Payment Security

Is my card information safe.

Yes. Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS compliant third party payment processor. Your full card number is handled by that processor through its secure gateway and is not stored on 3 Point's own systems. We retain only the limited, tokenized information needed to manage your billing. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we hold our providers to current industry standards.

22 · Communications

Communications.

By becoming a member you agree to receive communications related to your membership, billing, and club operations. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you may opt out by replying STOP.

23 · Liability

Assumption of risk and liability.

You use the club and its premises at your own risk. Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age and the club may refuse service. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, 3 Point Club Fort Worth LLC and its owners, managers, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the dues you paid in the prior twelve months. You agree to indemnify the club for claims arising from your or your guests' conduct.

24 · Changes

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version here and update the effective date, and we will give notice of material changes. Your continued membership after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

25 · Governing Law

Governing law and disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless the parties agree in writing to another forum.

26 · Contact

Questions.

For any question about these terms, your membership, or your information, contact 3 Point at the email on file for your membership, or in writing to: 2726 Lipscomb Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76110.
