These terms govern film, video, photo, podcast, and broadcast production booked at 3 Point, on the LaunchBox campus at 2726 Lipscomb Street, Fort Worth, Texas. They apply in addition to, and incorporate, the LaunchBox Master Terms and Conditions. By booking, paying a deposit, or signing a booking agreement, you accept both.
3 Point may be booked as a location or set by production companies, filmmakers, photographers, and content creators. Your booking is a private contract with LaunchBox Collective LLC, which provides the facility, and, where you engage production services, LaunchBox Media Group LLC. Both are Texas LLCs under LaunchBox Holdings LLC. The full commercial terms are the LaunchBox Master Terms and Conditions at launchboxcollective.com/master-terms-and-conditions, which control in any conflict with this summary.
Full ownership transfer requires a signed rights transfer agreement. Raw footage and project files for crewed work remain LaunchBox Media Group property.
Production bookings require a signed booking agreement and a deposit, generally fifty percent. Rescheduling and cancellations must be in writing, and the schedule depends on the service booked. For a space only booking, cancellation more than seven days out is refunded less an administrative fee, forty eight hours to seven days forfeits half, and inside forty eight hours or a no show forfeits the full fee. For a booking that engages LaunchBox crew, cancellation more than fourteen days out forfeits the deposit, then half inside fourteen days, more inside seven days, and the full fee inside forty eight hours. The exact schedules are in Master Terms Sections 7.2, 7.3, and 7.7 and control.
Payments are final once service commences. Booked hours do not roll over, and overtime, travel, and expendables are billed as set out in the Master Terms.
A production may be required to carry commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of one million dollars per occurrence and two million dollars aggregate, naming LaunchBox Collective LLC and LaunchBox Media Group LLC as additional insured, and to provide a certificate of insurance before the shoot. LaunchBox carries its own operational insurance and makes no representation of coverage for your people, property, or activities.
You are solely responsible for all talent releases, location releases, and music, footage, image, font, and trademark clearances for anything incorporated into your production, and you represent that those rights are secured. You agree to indemnify LaunchBox against any third party claim arising from your production or your use of the work.
Leave the space as you found it. No alteration, rigging, paint, hard mounting, or removal of fixtures without prior written approval. Cleaning or restoration beyond standard turnover is billed at cost plus fifteen percent, and a refundable damage deposit may be required. You are responsible for loss of or damage to the space and to any LaunchBox equipment used.
Your crew and talent follow the house rules, stay within the booked areas and hours, and treat staff, members, and any other guests with respect. The interior of the club and any members present are confidential, and you may not film, photograph, or identify other members or guests, or areas outside your booking, without consent. The responsible booking party is accountable for everyone on the call.
3 Point is a Christian owned establishment, and productions on the premises must align with our values. We may decline a booking, or stop a shoot already in progress, where the content is sexually explicit or lewd, where it promotes intoxication or substance abuse, or where it otherwise conflicts with the owners' faith based values. Tell us about your concept during booking so the fit is clear before anyone is on set. This standard is about content and conduct on our premises and is applied to the work, not to the people booking it.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, LaunchBox's total liability for any booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking, and LaunchBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. LaunchBox is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your or your crew's personal property brought onto the premises.
These terms and the LaunchBox Master Terms and Conditions are governed by Texas law, with exclusive venue in Tarrant County, Texas. Booking the space, paying a deposit, signing a booking agreement, or commencing a shoot constitutes acceptance of these terms and the Master Terms in effect on that date.
